The wait is finally over!  Today’s lifting of quarantine restrictions between England and Switzerland means that Brits can at last enjoy the same freedoms that our European friends have had for the past few weeks and take a well-earned holiday to the Swiss Alps.

And the timing couldn’t be better.  This weekend marks the first day of Verbier’s main summer season, with the lifts now running round the clock seven days a week from 8am to 5.30pm, transporting hikers, cyclists, parapenters, climbers and wildlife enthusiasts alike to the farthest corners of our mountain home.  With all that space, fresh mountain air and adventure on your doorstep (plus plenty of wellness options if you just want to unwind), summertime in Verbier is good for the soul.  It’s the ultimate social distancing holiday!

Here at SVE, we’ve already welcomed our first guests of the summer, and we are looking forward to seeing many more of you over the coming months.  Our amazing in-resort concierge team of Izzi, Jenny and Michelle are on hand to show you the myriad of activities that Verbier has to offer in summertime.  Our beautiful chalets and apartments are private, spacious and spotlessly clean, and make the perfect base for your Alpine getaway.  We all deserve a holiday more than ever, so please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can help start planning your perfect summer break.

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy our new-look monthly magazine, which gives you a behind-the-scenes look at Verbier and the stunning Val de Bagnes.
Verbier is waiting for you!
