Summer in Verbier becomes a mecca for fitness, health, yoga and wellness. A week in the mountains is the perfect way to relax, detox and feel completely rested.

Surrounded by stunning alpine scenery and spectacular hiking trails, step into your season of health and fitness with a revitalising week of yoga, meditation, and an immersion into nature. The long summer days give ample time for hiking, exploring Verbier’s stunning terrain, and enjoying a massage. Our preferred Yogi is the fun and talented Milly Harrison. Once upon a time Milly was our Chalet Host in Chalet Rock! She now lives in Verbier year round and offers yoga practice to lots of our guests and team.

Start your day with fresh mountain air and an invigorating 90-minute vinyasa flow yoga session with Milly. A slow warm-up leads into an energetic sequence, linking strength and balance poses with vitalising breath work. Following your yoga class, how about an exquisite gourmet brunch to prepare you for a rejuvenating day ahead.

We can also arrange:

  • Yoga group and private classes
  • Pilates  group classes
  • Private pilates reformer sessions

Using a combination of weighted and bodyweight exercises, in an environment that is: motivating, encouraging, non-intimidating, mentally positive, accountable and most importantly fun!

“So years ago I took a holiday and the strap line was “give us your body and we’ll give you back your mind.” This describes perfectly the weekend I spent with you…. 2-3 days of great physical exertion… some of it hard core, smashing circuits on the beach, some of it lower key, stretching and flexing ..easing aches and pains and some of it just plain fun……but all of it with great company, outstanding environment, breath taking scenery and great food ….  at the end of it I went away with that wonderful physically tired feeling but refreshed and renewed, recharged mentally to go back to the crazy whirl of everyday life.”
