Plus, we have a stock of all the essentials – from changing mats to highchairs and cots, and everything in between!

If it’s your first family ski holiday, you might have many questions about the logistics; what to pack, how to get to ski school on time, where is the ski school pick-up location, what happens at lunchtime? We can provide the answers to all of these questions and will curate a holiday itinerary prior to travel for you to collate all the details. Your Chalet Manager or Guest Relations Manager will then manage this day by day for you – although it might be your first Easter ski trip, it definitely isn’t ours!

Easter Ski Holidays 2024

If you would like to book the children into ski school for your Easter ski holidays 2024 (which we always recommend!), we will ask you some detailed questions to enable us to hand-pick the best ski instructor or group for them. We work with the very best ski school partners in Verbier so you can be assured the children will be in the safest of hands. If you prefer to go down the private lesson route, then they can tailor the lessons and route to suit the skier. Group lessons give the children the opportunity to spend the day exploring the mountain and having fun with other skiers of their age and ability and it can also be a more cost effective way to learn.

If some of the children are too young to ski, or perhaps you just want to bridge the gap between the end of ski lessons and the dinner, bath and bed routine back at your chalet, then there are several childcare options to choose from. Our exceptional partners at Petit Verbier have a variety of nanny services available, including a dedicated ‘Ski Nanny’ service which ensures continuity of care for your little ones. The Ski Nanny is a fully qualified ski instructor, as well as an experienced nanny, who will take the children for a ski lesson out on the slopes in the morning and then organise fun activities around town or back at your chalet in the afternoon. This means you’ll be able to make the most of exploring the 4 valleys, knowing your children are well looked after whilst you enjoy your day on the mountain uninterrupted. If you’d like to spend the morning skiing as a family and then enjoy a long lunch and afternoon ski ‘sans enfant’, you can take advantage of Petit Verbier’s Kids Club. They’ll collect the children from you and take them back to base for a two-course hot lunch before the children enjoy an afternoon of outdoor snowy fun and indoor arts and crafts before pick up!

Skiing can be tiring, especially for little ones, so you might want to consider taking some time off to enjoy other mountain activities such as sledging in Savoleyres, guided snow-shoe walks, parapenting (suitable for all ages!) or even a photoshoot with Verbier’s legendary St Bernard dog, Nimba. Your dedicated pre-arrival Concierge Manager will recommend the best activities and will do all the arrangements for you.

We consider all of our luxury ski chalets to be family friendly, and we are fully equipped to welcome even the youngest of guests. Several of our chalets even offer spaces specifically designed with children in mind. From cosy built-in bunk beds, fully equipped cinema rooms, dedicated games rooms and even indoor pools! We can safely say we are your go-to luxury chalet operator for the best family ski holidays, priding ourselves on providing memorable and special family holiday experiences to all our guests.
