From your first phone call with our sales team and your pre-arrival concierge journey, to our experienced team in resort, we will make sure that every detail is taken care of and ensure you have a memorable holiday.
Here at Verbier Exclusive, our private chefs are all hand-picked for their talent, creativity and flair. They bring with them exceptional skills and inspiration from having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Gavroche, Chez Bruce, The Square, L’Enclume, Chewton Glen and Launceston Place, but most importantly, they bring a passion for incredible food and service.
Your culinary experience will be completely bespoke to you, with your own in-chalet private chef calling you ahead of your trip, to discuss your menu for the week to make sure your meals are specifically catered to your needs and all specific dietary requests are considered. Dinner can vary from a family-style supper to a six course tasting menu personalised to your tastes. If you or any of your guests have a birthday or other special occasion during your stay, then your Chef and Chalet Host will pull out all the stops to help you celebrate – be it with an extravagant gourmet experience, or a more intimate celebration.
In addition to a hot breakfast or your choice in the mornings, continental options including freshly made smoothies and warm pastries, our Chefs also prepare a post-skiing afternoon tea six days a week, from freshly baked biscuits to muffins, brownies and indulgent cakes. With a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge, it’s the perfect combination to arrive home to after a long day on the mountain.
Your Chalet Host will also be on hand to ensure everything is taken care of in the chalet itself. Setting the atmosphere for our guests is an important aspect of our luxury service and your in-chalet Host will make sure to create the perfect ambience. With just the right music to suit a relaxed evening meal, a roaring fire and jaw dropping views over Verbier lit up at night, there’s no better place to relax after a day on the slopes.
