Ski Verbier Exclusive’s UK team is very proud and lucky to call the Cotswolds its home.   Situated as we are in the beautiful market town of Chipping Norton, we are surrounded by high quality produce and hospitality growing in international acclaim.    We have  therefore decided to showcase a small selection of local quality products in our chalets to give you a flavour of what makes the Cotswolds so special and unique.

Bamford Organics

Originating from Daylesford Organics farm five miles from our Chipping Norton offices, Bamord  Organiics turn to the power of natural active botanicals to create their skincare and body ranges.   With herbaceous heart notes of Egyptian geranium, twin lavenders, spicy vanilla hints of tonka, accentuated by peppermint and blue gum eucalyptus, the geranium collection uplifts the mood and promotes inner harmony.

Cotswolds Dry Gin

Cotswolds Dry Gin is an award-winning fragrant blend of nine carefully-considered botanicals, including freshly-peeled pink grapefruit, lime zest and lavender from the high limestone ground of Snowshill in the North Cotswolds.  These oils are rich in oils and are the main reason the gin turns from clear to cloudy when tonic or ice is added.

Cotswold Gold

Made from GM-free crops, our chefs love using this extra virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil which is grown, harvested, pressed and bottled on a family farm outside Broadway.  With its natural health benefits and extremely versatile cooking properties, Cotswold Gold oil has an extremely high flashpoint to give a crispy finish to fried and roasted foods whilst retaining its light, nutty flavour.  It’s equally delicious as a dressing on salads and other light dishes.

Over the years, many of our chefs and chalet hosts have worked or trained in some of the region’s best-known Michelin-starred pubs, restaurants and hotels, so it would be fair to say the spirit of Cotswolds runs through our veins!
