Main Responsibilities
- Providing our 5*hospitality service at all times
- Service of breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés/snacks, 3 course evening meal up to 5 days a week
- Chalet housekeeping ensuring presentation is immaculate and the highest of standards have been achieved throughout the chalet at all times
- General chalet maintenance and reporting an issues to your Chalet Manager
- Communication between the guests and chef making sure all special dietary requests have been understood
- Coordination with the driving team to provide appropriate shuttle service in and around the resort
- Interacting with guests and being flexible for last minute changes

Skills and abilities required
The potential candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years 5* hospitality experience (essential)
- Previous bar experience and knowledge of wines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High standard of housekeeping
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
