Michelle has been part of our team since 2016, after qualifying as a PE Teacher she decided to do a winter season in Verbier and never looked back!
Having worked her way up from a Chalet Host, she has worked in all our chalets and knows all them inside out. As part of our Guest Relations team, Michelle is the one making sure your holiday is seamless from the moment you arrive in Verbier, she works alongside her colleague Hayley Pollard who together, oversee the smooth running of all in-resort concierge and guest relations. Michelle and Hayley work closely with our UK Concierge team, ensuring a smooth handover from the pre-arrival arrangements and bookings and make sure everything is in place for your arrival.
Outside the office, Michelle is a keen sportsperson and loves everything from cricket to badminton to surfing and freeride skiing. She is also a key player in our highly competitive end of season team football match! She lives in Verbier all year round and in the summer she enjoys spending time in her garden with her number one love, Indie, her gorgeous cat.
