Mountain Beach Fitness retreats are consciously designed so that each day compliments the next. They use the beautiful natural environment as a playground for workouts. The varied programme allows you to work every muscle group in a new and innovative way. Think high altitude body weight circuits, par Cours Vita in the pine forest, guided hikes, trail running between 1500-2500 m and paddle boarding on a glacial lake. Daily yoga and a nutritious lunch will optimise recovery. Their small group sizes allow tailor made training for all levels and our fun and relaxed style will give you a challenging but enjoyable day in the beautiful Swiss mountains.

Mountain Beach Fitness Retreats offer personal training – guided trail running technique, body weight circuits, functional fitness training, trx, spin, par Cours Vita in the forest, pre and post natal training, core conditioning, guided systematic stretching, strength and agility training and injury prevention.
