As a private chef and ski instructor, Polly joined our resort team in 2013, completing three full winter seasons in Verbier as one of our top chalet chefs.  More recently, Polly has been working at one of the country’s leading events companies, planning luxury weddings, parties and corporate events here in the Cotswolds. Her work has taken her around the world and to prestigious events in the UK such as Wimbledon, Royal Ascot and as an Event Manager for The London Restaurant Festival.  However, her heart still lies in Verbier and we were delighted when she joined our UK Head Office on a permanent basis in the summer of 2018!

From the moment you first contact us to the planning all the finer details of your holiday, Polly will be with you every step of the way right through to your arrival in Switzerland.  Having worked in almost all our chalets at some point during her time as a chef, Polly is best-placed to help you choose the chalet that’s perfect for you – and to advise on the best mountain lunch spots and resort restaurants.  Her expertise in luxury hospitality, intimate knowledge of Verbier and passion for ensuring your holiday is meticulously tailored to fit your individual needs means you are in the safest possible hands!

Rumour has it that our original star baker may pop out to Verbier to cook for us during our busiest weeks, so you may even be lucky enough to be treated to Polly’s world-famous chocolate brownies during your Ski Verbier Exclusive holiday!
