    SUMMER

Sunny days in the beautiful alpine landscapes of Verbier provide the perfect backdrop to a wealth of activities, events and escapes available during the summer months.  We have a range of our luxury chalets available during July and August, sleeping from 4 to 26 guests.  The chalets all have south facing terraces or balconies where you can enjoy the long sun-filled days, enjoy alfresco cooking or relax in the hot tub appreciating the sensational views over snow capped mountains.

Verbier has hundreds of kilometres of mountain bike trails available to explore, suitable for everyone from timid novices to daredevil teenagers.   There are also challenging road cycling routes which take in old hamlets, vineyards and lakesides.  Ski Verbier Exclusive can organise bike guides for all abilities, along with equipment hire and lift passes to access the trails.  As you would expect in the mountains, there are also fabulous and extensive walks to discover. From all day treks to shorter excursions, there is something for everyone of any age.  Many of these walks can incorporate a delicious lunch at one of the great mountain restaurants! For anyone who wants to increase the intensity, then from 7-9 July 2017  Verbier hosts the Ultra-Trail. This is an range of organised trail runs ranging from 110km through to 6K and is for all levels of participants!

It’s not just about the great outdoors either, Verbier is proud to host the Verbier Music Festival. Filled with an extensive programme of outstanding classical music concerts, workshops and recitals, the Festival runs from 21 July to 6 August 2017.  We are happy to reserve tickets in advance for any of the concerts in the programme.

Later in the summer, you can enjoy the sensational International Show Jumping Festival which takes place from 17 - 21 August 2017.  Entry is free and the arena draws international names such as the talented Laura Kraut and Robert Smith to compete against the stunning backdrop of the Combins mountains.  The Swiss Mountain Bike DownHill Cup from 25-27 August 2017, invites anyone from amateurs to professional bikers to take part in the dramatic track races.

We are able to organise a bespoke summer holiday for you – a self catered chalet, additional cleaning services, a driver if you want to explore further afield, a full concierge service or staff to cook and serve fabulous food for you.
